SDA, Elizabeth Educators to Dedicate Juan Pablo Duarte-José Julián Martí School No. 28

WHAT: Elizabeth Board of Education and New Jersey Schools Development Authority (SDA) officials will join students, faculty, community members and area dignitaries in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to formally dedicate the district*s newly opened 21st century Juan Pablo Duarte-José Julián Martí School No. 28.

This is the 6th new school to open in Elizabeth under the funding and management of the SDA. The school, which opened last month, accommodates 750 students from pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. The 119,200-square-foot, 3-story school has 42 classrooms, athletic facilities, support programs, technology upgrades, parking and recreational and assembly areas accessible to the community.
