Water was and is essential for the industries at Double Trouble. It provided power and raw material for the milling of cedar trees. This water now gives life to active cranberry bogs. We'll follow this water from the reservoir along the millrace past the early 20th-century sawmill to the bogs and cranberry packing house. As a bonus, learn the fascinating legend of how this village received the unique name of "Double Trouble." This 3.5 mile hike is along mostly flat sand roads. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and dress accordingly for the weather. Hike starts at the Interpretive Center in the park information building.
