This project included the restoration and renovation of the Legislative State House, the State House
Annex and building entablature, as well as the design and construction of a State House Parking Garage
topped by a four-acre Plaza Park. The plaza consists of landscaping, walkways, artwork, a fountain, lighting,
and a complete irrigation and drainage system. With all work on the State House Complex completed, the
Plaza Park and fountain were officially dedicated at a celebration on October 23, 2000.
