To complete a preliminary review of permits required for a project and an initial environmental screen/fatal flaw analysis of development plan, please review and fill out a Readiness Checklist [xls 44k]. This brief overview of permits required for a project can be submitted to the DEP’s Office of Permit Coordination and Environmental Review. Upon a successful review by the DEP, a full determination of all required permits and establishment of a permit coordination team can be accomplished by submitting a completed Permit Identification Form [pdf 2.7m] to DEP’s Office of Permit Coordination and Environmental Review.”
