Recognizing the need for competent Project Managers in key industries, North Jersey Partners offers customized training in Healthcare Services and Life Sciences Project Management at no charge to attendees. Each free three-hour session will include an introduction to Project Management Institute (PMI®) methodologies in Project Management which will be linked to an actual case study. New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) will award .3 CEU certificates for attending this training program. Training will cover such topics as Project Management principles and methods, and techniques for avoiding such common problems as scope creep, budget overruns and missed delays. The training is provided by Kaizen Technologies in partnership with NJIT.  Kaizen Technologies is an approved member of the PMI and a Registered Education Provider with Global Provider Status.   A second session is also available on October 15th. The training sessions will be held from 9 am to noon at NJIT, GITC Building, Rooms 3720-30, Newark, NJ.
