Janice Kovach has lived in the Highlands since 1978. She served as a Councilwoman in the Town of Clinton and as the council's representative to the Planning Board. She is also a founding member and president of the CPS Partners in Education Foundation, Inc. Janice is currently the Acting Director for the Division on Women, part of the Department of Community Affairs in Trenton. Previously, she owned and operated a management consulting business and also worked as a management executive at Fleet Bank and Prudential Insurance Company. She is a graduate of Thomas Edison College. Ms. Kovach lives in Clinton with her husband and three children.
