Ms. Letts served as Mayor of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills from 1995 until her retirement in 2005. Her many civic activities included: member of the Parsippany Planning Board, Chairman of the Parsippany Open Space Committee, member of the New Jersey League of Municipalities Highlands Committee and member of the Highlands Committee of Morris Tomorrow. She also sat on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Conference of Mayors, Morris County Human Relations Commission and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Prior to becoming Mayor, Ms. Letts was a manager of computer software development for a major security firm and a computer consultant. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and is married with three sons and seven grandchildren.
