Ranji brings a diverse professional background to the Highlands Council staff. He has spent the last twenty years as a Mental Health Counselor and Healthcare Administrator, a former New York City Teacher and Educator, a Vocational Evaluator and most recently, Director of Operations.

Ranji has a B.A. in Cultural Studies and Philosophy from the State University of New York ESC, a Graduate Certificate in Health Psychology and has completed graduate work in Community Health and Wellness Promotion.
