Approval of the March 12, 2009 Open Electrologist Committee Minutes. NEW BUSINESS

1. ELECTION OF OFFICERS You will recall that the Nominating Committee reported the following slate of officers at the June 10, 2009 Meeting:

   President - Dr. Paul Mendelowitz
   Vice President - Dr. Paul Jordan
   Secretary - Dr. Kathryn Lambert
   Treasurer - Dr. Peter Nussbaum

   Any additional nominations can be made from the floor.

2. N.J.A.C. 13:35-6A

   Attached is correspondence concerning suggested revisions to N.J.A.C. 13:35-6A. The Executive Committee has reviewed the issue and agrees that revisions should be made to the apena test standards, but declines to make any changes to the confirmatory section. Authorization is sought to refer the matter to a regulatory analyst for preparation of the changes for publication of the proposed amendment in the New Jersey Register for notice and comment.
