1. “SUNSET” OF REGULATIONS

The Board of Medical Examiners’ regulations are to “Sunset” on March 17, 2010. The Board of Occupational Therapists have requested that the Board to include them in the list within N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.14 Delegation of physical modalities to a licensed health care provider or an unlicensed physician aide. The Executive Committee recommends adding them during the publication of the Board’s regulations during “Sunset.”
