The DYFS-North Section provides representation
to the Division of Youth and Family Services
(DYFS), where DYFS is seeking supervision of
abused and neglected children or is seeking
termination of parental rights where deemed
necessary. The section provides representation
in matters originating in Bergen, Hudson, Morris,
Passaic, Sussex, Union and Warren Counties.
