Proposal Description:
The proposal is to amend N.J.A.C. 13:71-16.1. The proposed amendment would require a separate draw procedure to determine post positions for each individual race of a harness horse racing card. The amendment would further prohibit applying the results of one draw procedure to multiple harness races forming a race card or race cards. The proposed amendment appears in the March 20, 2006 edition of the New Jersey Register.
