Proposal Description: The Division has proposed amendments to N.J.A.C. 13:69E-1.28A; -1.28D; -1.28S; -1.28Y.
The proposed new rule and amendments will clarify standards for slot machine games and provides assistance to game manufacturers and patrons as to expectations for slot machine gaming offered at Atlantic City casinos. The new rule N.J.A.C 1.28Y will set forth standards for games based partially or totally on the skill or manual dexterity of the player, thus creating opportunities for casinos in Atlantic City to market themselves to a younger player demographic.
