Proposed New Rule: N.J.A.C. 13:69F-8.7
The proposed new rule and amendments provide casino licensees with regulatory relief related to floor plans and configurations, surveillance requirements, slot machine random access memory clears, tip acceptance by employees, uncollected table game vigorish, use and storage of equipment, and special event tournaments.
