Proposal Description:
The Division of Gaming Enforcement (Division) Proposed Amendments: Proposed New Rules: N.J.A.C. 13:69F-2.27; N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.10; -3. Proposed Amended Rules: N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.11; -2.5; N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.1; -1.2; -1.3; -1.4; -1.5; -1.9
The proposed new rules and amendments will create more opportunities for Internet gaming providers to present new content to the public while ensuring the State has the ability to correctly certify revenue and collect gaming tax. The proposed changes will also result in additional Internet security measures by requiring an Information Security Officer (ISO) who will be responsible for the security and integrity of all casino computer systems.
