For planners, engineers, those familiar with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other professionals, you may download a shapefile depicting Staff's recommended changes to the existing management areas.  At a minimum, you will need ArcGIS Explorer to view the information contained in this shapefile.  The ArcGIS Explorer software and instructions can be obtained here: http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/explorer/index.html.
