Richard P. De Angelis, Jr.

Richard P. De Angelis, Jr. is an attorney with the law firm of Stryker, Tams & Dill in Newark, New Jersey. His areas of practice include Cable Communications, Telecommunications, Public Utilities Law, and Local Government Law. Mr. De Angelis has represented several clients before state agencies on OPRA-related issues. In addition, he has served as an associate municipal attorney for municipalities in Morris and Warren Counties.
