Current Status
A grant award notice of $91 million was received and school districts have incorporated the funds into their annual budgets. Funds are being drawn down on a reimbursement basis to pay teachers' salaries and provide further services.

How do the funds flow?
Funds flow to the state on a formula basis and are passed through to local districts via formula. This includes approximately $10 million IDEA Part C funds that go to the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services for programs for infants and toddlers with disabilities.
