There are currently a total of 344 active Certified Public Records Image Processing Systems in the State of New Jersey.

The following State, county, municipal, and educational agencies have had their Public Records Image Processing Systems certified by the State Records Committee in accordance with Public Law 1994, Chapter 140 and New Jersey Administrative Code Title 15, Chapter 3, Subchapters 4 and 5.
