Draft Final State Strategic Plan: NJ'S State Development and Redevelopment Plan
The State Planning Act requires the State Planning Commission to adopt a State Development & Redevelopment Plan. The State Strategic Plan is the revision to the 2001 State Development & Redevelopment Plan and sets forth a vision for the future of our State along with strategies to achieve that vision. It is the culmination of several years of work by the State and its staff in collaboration with county and local stakeholders and members of the public.
The State Planning Commission has scheduled the following public hearings for the purpose of receiving testimony on the Draft Final State Strategic Plan and the draft Infrastructure Needs Assessment (INA):

Comment on the Draft Final Plan
The public may comment orally, and in written form, at the hearing and may submit written comments to the Director of the Office for Planning Advocacy at any time up to 30 days after the last public hearing is conducted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:85-5.3. Written comments can be filed electronically to osg_ed@sos.state.nj.us or by the U.S. Postal Service to the New Jersey Department of State, Office for Planning Advocacy, 225 West State Street, P.O. Box 820, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0820. Submission of written public comments may also be directed to the State Planning Commission at osg_ed@sos.state.nj.us at any time up to 30 days after the last public hearing is conducted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:85-5.2.
