Commissioner Fox to make
announcement for Irvington bus commuters
Transportation Commissioner Jamie Fox will join local and state officials 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 17 at the Irvington Bus Terminal in Irvington for a major announcement with regard to the terminal.
The Irvington Bus Terminal is one of busiest in NJ TRANSIT's statewide system. Built in 1947, the Springfield Avenue terminal is congested and customers are forced to cross in front of and behind buses to access it. The facility lacks public restrooms.
The bus terminal is located at 1035 Clinton Avenue, Irvington
