in Delaware Township

(Trenton) - NJDOT officials today announced ramp closures and traffic shifts are planned next week to perform high-priority pavement repairs along Route 29 southbound in Delaware Township, Hunterdon County.

NJDOT will close the Route 29 southbound ramp to Route 202 northbound and shift Route 29 traffic lanes to the west, utilizing the northbound shoulder, daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to mill and repave the Route 29 southbound travel lane at milepost 20.10 in Delaware. The work is scheduled to take place Monday, August 22 through Wednesday, August 24.

During the ramp closures Route 29 motorists headed to Route 202 northbound will be detoured to Alexauken Creek Road to the ramp for Route 202.
