Department of Transportation Proposing Amendments to the Airport Grand and Loan Program
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of amendment at N.J.A.C. 16:56, Airport Grant
and Loan Program. The rules provide grants and loans that fund projects and programs for general aviation airports, enterprises located at
the airport, counties, municipalities, and other political subdivisions of the State, and other persons and entities that may qualify for
aid.
The proposal was published in the June 5, 2017 issue of New Jersey Register at 49 N.J.R. 1345(a). The comment period ends on
July 5, 2017.
Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must provide their comments in writing and may do so using any one of a variety of delivery
