Transportation Options

Drivers should note altered traffic patterns in construction areas, and are encouraged to use other transportation options when possible. Motorists should consider the following traffic information resources:

• Access carpool and park and ride information, available both online and by calling 800.245.POOL. A $100 gas card offer for new carpools is under way.
• Check NJ TRANSIT public transportation fares and schedules such as the 401, 402, 410, or 455 bus lines.
• Check SEPTA public transportation fares and schedules such as the R2 Wilmington and Newark, DE train line that serves the area on the other side of the Delaware River. Use the Commodore Barry Bridge (Route 322) from New Jersey into Pennsylvania to get to the necessary station.
