(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 70 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Ocean County: |

i. In the Borough of Point Pleasant: |

No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along the westbound (northerly) side: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Manasquan River (approximate milepost 58.35). |
|
ii. In the Township of Brick: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along the westbound (northerly) side: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Manasquan River (approximate milepost 58.35). |

In Monmouth County: |

i. In the Borough of Brielle: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |

(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Manasquan River (approximate milepost 58.35). |
