Route US 206
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route US 206 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1. In Atlantic County:
i. In the Town of Hammonton:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-001A dated February 2, 2016.
2. In Burlington County:
i. In the Township of Shamong, the Township of Tabernacle, the Township of Southampton, the Township of Eastampton, the Township of Pemberton, the Township of Springfield, and the Township of Mansfield:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-002B dated August 26, 2013.
3. In Mercer County:
i. In the Township of Lawrence and the Municipality of Princeton:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-003A dated August 23, 2013 (for the entire length within the corporate limits of Lawrence Township, approximate mileposts 45.01 to 51.59, and the Municipality of Princeton, approximate mileposts 51.59 to 57.23).
4. In Somerset County:
NOTE: State Highway Route US 206 is coincident with State Highway Route US 202 from approximate mileposts 71.64 to 78.32.
i. In the Township of Montgomery, the Township of Hillsborough, the Township of Bedminster, and the Borough of Peapack-Gladstone:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-004B dated August 26, 2013.
5. In Morris County:
i. In the Township of Chester, the Borough of Chester, the Township of Mount Olive, and the Township of Roxbury:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-005B dated August 26, 2013.
6. In Sussex County:
i. In the Township of Byram, the Borough of Andover, the Township of Andover, the Town of Newton, the Township of Hampton, the Township of Frankford, the Borough of Branchville, the Township of Sandyston, and the Township of Montague:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-006C dated August 15, 2022.
