(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 35 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Ocean County:
i.  In the Township of Berkeley:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the Island Beach State Park property line and the northerly curb line of 14th Avenue.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 100 feet north of the northerly curb line of 20th Avenue and the Island Beach State Park property line.
(3) No stopping or standing along the center of the roadway:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of 24th Avenue and the Island Beach State Park property line.
ii.  In the Borough of Seaside Park:

1. In Ocean County:
i. In the Borough of Seaside Park:
(1) Handicapped parking along the northbound (easterly) side:
No locations at this time.
(2) Handicapped parking along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 117 feet south of the southerly curb line of 9th Avenue and extending 22 feet southerly therefrom (Placard Number P2129908, expiring on the last day of September 2022).
