Route US 40 - US 322
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route US 40 – US 322 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Atlantic County:
Note: State Highway Route US 40 – US 322 is under county (Atlantic County) jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 64.08 to 64.32 (end of route).
i. In the City of Pleasantville:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Beginning at a point 700 feet west of the westerly curb line of Chestnut Avenue and extending easterly to a point 100 feet east of the easterly curb line of Hampden Court.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route US 40 – US 322 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Atlantic County:
i. In the Township of Hamilton:
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Delilah Road and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Mid-block bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between a point 120 feet west of the westerly curb line of McKee Avenue and a point 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(3) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Delilah Road and a point 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Between the easterly curb line of Lowell Road and a point 105 feet easterly therefrom
ii. In the Township of Egg Harbor:
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Ivins Avenue – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Ivins Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Ridge Avenue – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Ridge Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Riddle Avenue – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Riddle Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(D) Spruce Avenue – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Spruce Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(E) Silver Avenue – Beginning at the prolongation of the westerly curb line of Silver Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(F) Pineview Avenue – Beginning at the prolongation of the westerly curb line of Pineview Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(G) Granada Avenue – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Granada Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(H) Bayport Drive – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Bayport Drive and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Lynwood Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Lynwood Avenue and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Tower Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Tower Avenue and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) English Creek Road (County Route 575) – Beginning at the easterly curb line of English Creek Road (County Route 575) and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(D) Tremont Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Tremont Avenue and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(E) Fernwood Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Fernwood Avenue and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(F) Old Fork Road – Beginning at the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Old Fork Road and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(G) Old Egg Harbor Road (County Route 687) – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Old Egg Harbor Road (County Route 687) and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(H) Fire Road (County Route 651) – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Fire Road (County Route 651) and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(I) Fox Place – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Fox Place and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(3) Mid-Block bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between Cardiff Plaza Drive and Shore Mall Road – Beginning at a point 260 feet east of the easterly curb line of Cardiff Plaza Drive and extending 135 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Between Fire Road (County Route 651) and Delancy Avenue – Beginning at a point 2,265 feet east of the easterly curb line of Fire Road and extending 135 feet easterly therefrom.
(4) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Fox Place – Beginning at the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Fox Place and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Granada Avenue – Beginning at the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Granada Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) Athens Avenue – Beginning at the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Athens Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(D) Fire Road (County Route 651) – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Fire Road (County Route 651) and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(E) Old Egg Harbor Road – Beginning at the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Old Egg Harbor Road and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(F) Cardiff Plaza Drive – Beginning at a point 50 feet east of the easterly curb line of Cardiff Plaza Drive jughandle and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(G) Pineview Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Pineview Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(H) Old Fork Road – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Old Fork Road and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(I) Ridge Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Ridge Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(J) Fernwood Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Fernwood Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(K) Tremont Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Tremont Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(L) Ivins Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Ivins Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(M) Tower Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Tower Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(N) Lynwood Avenue – Beginning at the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Lynwood Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(5) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Bayport Drive – Beginning at the prolongation of the westerly curb line of Bayport Drive and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Spencer Avenue – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Spencer Avenue and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Farr Avenue – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Farr Avenue and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.

(A) Between Silver Avenue and Farr Avenue – Beginning at a point 470 feet west of the westerly curb line of Silver Avenue and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
iii. In the City of Pleasantville:
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Lyons Court and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Doughty Road and a point 135 feet easterly therefrom.
(3) Mid-block bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between a point 150 feet east of the easterly curb line of Noah’s Road and a point 135 feet easterly therefrom, towards Doughty Road.
(B) Between a point 100 feet west of the westerly curb line of Noah’s Road and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Between a point 205 feet west of the westerly curb line of Route US 9 (New Road) and a point 135 feet westerly therefrom, towards Doughty Road.
(4) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Noah’s Road and a point 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Between the easterly curb line of Doughty Road and a point 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) Between the extension of the easterly curb line of Route US 9 and a point 165 feet easterly therefrom.
iv. In the City of Atlantic City
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Filbert Avenue and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Between the westerly curb line of Porter Avenue and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Between the westerly curb line of South Boulevard and a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stop along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the southerly curb line of Crossan Avenue and a point 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(3) Mid-block bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between a point 45 feet west of the westerly entrance curb line of Sun and Surf Motel and a point 150 feet westerly therefrom.
(4) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line directly to the north of the point where the easterly curb line of Porter Avenue intersects with the southerly curb line of Albany Avenue (also being the southerly curb line of the south entrance drive to Bader Field) and a point 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Between the easterly curb line of the westerly entrance (at pedestrian crossing) of Spencer Gifts and a point approximately 120 feet easterly therefrom.
