Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 73
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 73 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected.
1. In Atlantic County: Note: State Highway Route NJ 73 is under the jurisdiction of the County of Atlantic for its entire length within the county (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 4.14).
2. In Camden County: Note: State Highway Route NJ 73 is under the jurisdiction of the County of Camden from approximate mileposts 4.14 to 6.23.
i. In the Township of Winslow:

iii. In the Borough of Berlin:
iv. In the Township of Berlin:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(B) From a point 200 feet south of the southerly curb line of East Fairview Avenue to the southerly curb line of East Prospect Avenue.
(C) From the northerly curb line of West Harrison Avenue to the southerly curb line of Lenz Lane.
v. In the Township of Voorhees:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the northerly curb line of Dutchtown Road (north intersection) to a point 1,500 feet north of the northerly curb line of Dutchtown Road (north intersection).
vi. In the Township of Pennsauken:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
3. In Burlington County: Note: State Highway Route NJ 73 is under the jurisdiction of the Burlington County Bridge Commission from approximate mileposts 34.10 to 34.64 (Delaware River).
i. In the Township of Evesham:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii. In the Township of Mount Laurel:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the interchange of Route I-295 and the Mount Laurel Township-Maple Shade Township corporate line, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(B) Beginning at the Mount Laurel Township-Evesham Township corporate line and extending northerly to Route I-295, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Township of Maple Shade:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the Maple Shade Township-Mount Laurel Township corporate line and the interchange of Route NJ 38, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv. In the Township of Cinnaminson:
v. In the Borough of Palmyra:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) From the center line of West Broad Street to the center line of West Fifth Street.
