	The purpose of the SEMI program is to recover a portion of cost for certain health- related services considered medically necessary in the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). Medicaid-covered school-based health services include: Evaluation services to determine a student's health care needs; Physical therapy; Occupational therapy; Speech therapy; Psychological counseling; Nursing services; and Specialized transportation services
