Review of Creditable Compensation - The Board reviewed and discussed
the following documents and the provisions of N.J.A.C.
17:4-4.1. Following their discussions, a motion was made by
Trustee Foti and seconded by Trustee Murphy that the Board
members forward their proposed changes to the NJ Administrative
Code, specifically, sections (ii);(vi); (ix); (x); (xi) and
(xiii) to the Board Secretary by April 10, 2006. A follow-up
meeting will be scheduled to discuss the proposed changes.
