Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Print Procurement Analysis

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Print Procurement Analysis Services.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the State of Vermont contract in the March 2013 timeframe. The State of New Jersey expects to award a contract to: Pandora USA Inc.

The State of Vermont contract has a term of 11/01/10 thru 10/31/14.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2., the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
