Notice of Participation in Cooperative Contract - Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP) contract in May 2015 timeframe. The State of New Jersey expects to award a contract to Cardinal Health 110 LLC.

The MMCAP contract has a term of November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2016. The contract may be extended for up to an additional three (3) years.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note the comment period ends with the close of business on April 16, 2015.
