for Information - Payroll Deduction and Payment Services
The Office of Management and Budget is posting a second
request for information relating to payroll deduction
and payment services that allow employees to direct
payroll deductions to pay insurance premiums to a third
party administrator. State Statute N.J.S.A. 52:14-15-9a
authorizes the deduction which is offered solely as
a convenience to employees who wish to use the option
to pay insurance premiums for the types of insurance
permitted by the statute.
The response deadline is June 29, 2012 at 2:00 PM
