Request for Information - Data Mining and Analysis Solutions

The Division of Purchase and Property (DPP) has prepared an RFI on behalf of the Office of Attorney General (OAG), Department of Law and Public Safety (LPS), and the Office of Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP). The OIFP is seeking information from vendors with regard to the purchase of Data-Mining and Analysis Solutions to solicit comments from the vendor community and any interested party to participate in an upcoming Request for Information (“RFI”).

The State OIFP requires the ability to conduct effective, efficient data mining and analysis of insurance claims and related data supporting both the investigation and the prosecution aspects of their case charge. The project scope should facilitate potential expansion to identify and detect potential fraud within the State's Medicaid insurance claims and related data.

The State OIFP requires the ability to convert paper documents into an electronic format that facilitates the management and categorization of these evidentiary documents.

The response deadline is Wednesday September 30, 2015 at 5:00 PM EST.
