Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Traffic Safety Products

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of New York’s cooperative contract for traffic safety products (traffic calming equipment and accessories including traffic cones, flexible delineator posts and channelizers). The State of New Jersey intends to award a contract to the following firms:
Lakeside Plastics, Inc.
Lightle Enterprises of Ohio, LLC
Pexco LLC
Plastic Safety Systems, Inc
Traffic Logix Corp.
Traffix Devices, Inc.
Work Area Protection Corp.

Information regarding the State of New York contract may be found on the State of New York Office of General Services website at:

The contract has a term from September 11, 2012 through February 29, 2016. The contract may be extended for an additional five (5) years if mutually agreed upon by the contractors and the State of New York.
The period for comment expires on September 7, 2012.
The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
