Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Print Procurement and Analysis Services

Please note that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of Vermont Print Procurement and Analysis Services award contract:

State of Vermont Pandora USA, Inc. Contract # 18416

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the State of Vermont contract in September 2011.
The State of Vermont contract term is as follows:

Initial Contract Period: November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2012
Optional Contract Extension(s): Two (2) twelve (12) month independent periods:
          November 1, 2012 through October 31, 2013; and,
          November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014.

Please be advised that it is the intent of the Director of the Division of Purchase and Property to make a contract award to Pandora USA, Inc. pursuant to the bid proposal(s) submitted in response to the referenced State of Vermont Request for Proposal Print Procurement Analysis.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
