Request for Response: Unemployment Insurance Fraud Detection - Identity Proofing Solution

The Department of Labor & Workforce Development (LWD) has issued a Request for Response (RFR) to with the intent to acquire and implement a single-point software as a service (SaaS) solution for front-end identity proofing of web-based and IVR claimant filings for unemployment insurance.

Questions are due by November 7, 2011 at noon, 12:00 PM EST.

Questions and answers will be posted in a document added to this website. All vendors must watch the Division of Purchase and Property’s Special Notice page to obtain the questions and answers document. The questions and answers should be posted by close of business on Thursday, November 10, 2011.

The response deadline is November 15, 2011 at 5:00 PM EST.
