State Agencies, NJ Division of Purchase and Property Cooperative Purchasing Partners, and Contractors should note the Comparative Price Sheet, as updated January 25, 2013 has been revised as of April 10, 2013 to provide greater clarity to potential contract users.

State Agencies,  NJ Division of Purchase and Property Cooperative Purchasing Partners, and Contractors should note the Hourly Unit Rates presented in the Comparative Price Sheet below are not for use for Superstorm Sandy recovery activities and only should be used for future events as warranted.  Under the FEMA Public Assistance Program, FEMA will typically only reimburse applicants for a time and materials contract for eligible debris clearance during the first 70 hours of clearance work.

Ceres Environmental Services, Inc –Sarasota, FL
Crowder Gulf –Theodore, AL
TFR Enterprises, Inc. –Leander, TX

Addendum #4 and the revised Attachment 1 - Price Proposal Form have been posted below. Please disregard the December 18, 2012 Price Proposal Form as it has been changed. Addendum #4 removes all marine-related debris removal activities from the RFQ and the corresponding price lines have been removed from the Price Proposal Form. These activities will be the subject of a future procurement, which will be posted on the Division’s website in the near future.

Please note that the bid opening date has not changed and remains December 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.

Addendum #3, a Bidder’s Checklist and a new Price Proposal Form have been posted below. Addendum #3 modifies certain sections of the RFQ, adds an additional section to the RFQ and sets a proposal submission date of December 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.

The bid submission due date has been extended until December 14, 2012.

The Question and Answer period generated a robust response from the vendor community, which led to several changes to the RFQ and corresponding Price Sheet. The answers to these questions, as well as the revised RFQ and attachments, are posted below. Bidders are advised to read both the revised RFQ and the Question and Answer document. Thank you for your patience. Please ensure that submitted proposals are in compliance with the revised RFQ to ensure a responsive proposal.
