Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract- WSCA Contract for Facilities Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO), Lighting Products, Industrial Supplies and Tools

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of Nevada’s WSCA contract for Facilities Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO), Lighting Products, Industrial Supplies and Tools. The State intends to award contracts to W. W. Grainger Inc., Fastenal Company and MSC Industrial Supply Company. Information regarding the WSCA contract may be found on the WSCA website at:

The State of Nevada’s contract has a term of three (3) years from March 1, 2011 through February 28, 2014.
The contract may be extended for an additional three (3) years at the discretion of the State of Nevada.

The period for comment expires on September 16, 2011.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
