CHANGE A NOTARY NAME OR ADDRESS

Whenever a Notary Public adopts a different name, the State Treasurer and clerk of the county in which the Notary Public resides must be notified. This action must be done before notarizing any documents with the new name.

The fee is $25.00 per filing and the check is the receipt.

Please note that there is a charge of $25.00 for duplicate commissions.
