Uniform Commercial Code

The UCC Section is responsible for filing all state-level financing statements (notices which document collateralized loans) and any changes thereto, including terminations. The UCC section also provides a comprehensive searching service. Through the search service, clients can obtain certificates showing all effective financing statements for a named debtor and copies of the original hard copy documents.
