Completing a Fill-in Form
Fill-in forms allow you to enter information requested on each field
of the form. The fill-in feature does NOT allow you to save your completed
form to your PC's hard drive or disk.

Reader, your data will be lost and you will have to start over. Therefore,
you should plan to complete a form in one sitting. You should also print
at least one copy of the completed form before you leave the page.
