Below are the names of software vendors that have been approved by the Division of Taxation to produce the 2007 NJ-1040/TR-1040 forms. The first list contains the names of software vendors that have been approved to produce a 2-D bar coded return. This has the added feature of allowing taxpayers to direct deposit their income tax and/or FAIR tenant rebate checks. The second list contains the names of software vendors producing non 2-D bar coded returns.

When a software vendor appears on either list this means that they have passed the review and testing procedures established by the Division and are producing forms that contain all the required data fields to process the return. This does not mean that the Division has reviewed the accuracy of the software program or the program's calculations. The Division is not liable and does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of these income tax filing products or programs.
