Under the authority granted in N.J.S.A. 54: 49-13a , and R. S. 33:1-26, the property to be sold was seized for unpaid State taxes due from:

Property may be inspected on auction day February 12, 2013 from 10.30 AM to 11.00

DATE AND TIME: SOLD

MINIMUM BID: $8,000.00

TERMS OF BIDDING:

  1. Items will be initially auctioned in bulk.
  2. If bid is deemed unacceptable by the Division, items will then be auctioned in small lots.
PAYMENT TERMS:
  • Successful bidders must make a minimum deposit of 25% of their respective bid IMMEDIATELY following their successful bid. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid.
  • Payment must be in guaranteed funds such as cash, certified check, bank check or money order. No third party instruments will be accepted.
  • Balance, also in guaranteed funds, due by 12 noon on February 13, 2013 at the Newark Regional Office, 124 Halsey St., Newark, NJ 07101 or deposit monies will be forfeited.
  • Checks must be payable to: NJ Division of Taxation.
  • All items are to be removed between 9:00 AM- 3.00PM on February 14, 2013. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the property.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
  • This sale may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the NJ Division of Taxation.
  • The NJ Division of Taxation reserves the right to receive or reject bids or bidders. NJ Division of Taxation employees or any member of the employee’s immediate family may not participate in this public sale.
  • The property is sold subject to any and all legal encumbrances.
  • The property is sold as is. The winning bidder must have a licensed plumber / electrician, the day of removal to disconnect all gas /electric / water connections to the appliances.
