If you have access to a fax machine, NJ TaxFax makes many State tax forms and publications available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The NJ TaxFax number is (609) 826-4500 and must be dialed from your fax machine's phone. Once connected, simply enter the form number of the form you need and it will be faxed to you.

If you are unsure of the number of the item you need, click the link to get a listing of all forms and publications available along with the number associated with each. To view and print these forms, you must have a PDF viewer which is available free from Adobe Acrobat.

The Division will only accept forms printed on plain print or copy paper.
