What Do I Do if I Don't Have a Payment Voucher?

Use E-Check or Credit Card:
If you pay your taxes by e-check or credit card, do not send in a payment voucher, and do not enter the amount of your payment in the boxes on the front of the return.

Print a Payment Voucher:
NJ-1040-V (residents)
NJ-1040-NR-V (nonresidents)

If you cannot print a payment voucher:
If you do not want to use e-check or pay by credit card, enclose a check or money order with your return, and enter the amount of your payment in the boxes on the first page of the return. Make the check or money order payable to State of New Jersey – TGI.
