PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority (TTFA) will take place on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 9:00 AM.  This meeting will be held in the Commissioner’s conference room located on the first floor of the Main Office Building at the New Jersey Department of Transportation, 1035 Parkway Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey.  The Authority will be approving the minutes of the March 21, 2012 meeting and considering a resolution approving the Financial Policy Review Board’s Fiscal Year 2011 State of Condition of Transportation Financing Certification; and discussing certain other matters.  Members of the public are welcome to participate in this meeting.  It is expected that formal action will be taken.

This notice is filed in accordance with the “Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L., 1975, c. 231, as amended.
