The New Jersey Department of Agriculture will be hosting a summit on Tuesday, January 15, at the Rutgers EcoComplex to explore interest in and feasibility of small-scale livestock processing facilities in New Jersey. The summit comes in response to increasing interest from livestock producers in finding local processing options. More details will be forthcoming.
