COVID-19 Public Transparency

The COVID-19 Oversight website, developed by the Governor’s Disaster Recovery Office (GDRO), details the State’s expenditure of COVID-19 recovery funds. The website provides information on COVID-19 recovery funds administered by State agencies and lists the programs created through these funds for the benefit of New Jersey’s residents, businesses, and communities. It also includes copies of the COVID-19 Recovery Contracts, Integrity Monitor reports, and other resources.

COVID-19 Recovery Contracts

OSC reviews potential procurements valued at $150,000 or more by state departments, agencies, and independent state authorities that receive COVID-19 Recovery Funds or administer a COVID-19 Recovery Program to ensure that they comply with applicable public contracting laws, rules, and regulations. The contracts are available for public review here.

COVID-19 Integrity Monitor Reports

Certain state agencies, departments, and authorities that receive federal COVID-19 recovery funds must retain Integrity Monitors to ensure funds are used appropriately. OSC oversees the Integrity Monitors, and they report on a quarterly basis. Those reports are available for public review here.

COVID-19 Federal Funds Tracker

Provides the central point of information on COVID-19 federal fund allocations, programs, awards, and expenditures by federal awarding agency, state department, and state program. The tracker is available for public review here.
